用户需求：针对特定一部分料（如环保料件），只能从特定仓库收料，发料退料。

解决方式：
A.在料件基本属性，把Restrict Subinventories打上勾（INV模块-->Organization Items-->Inventory页签）
B.把一个或多个库别分配给料件（INV模块-->Organization Items页面后Tools-->Item Subinventories）
或建立料件与库别对应关系（INV模块-->Set up-->Organizations-->Subinventories-->Item/Subinventory）
